01 Project Brief + Concept Design

We discuss your requirements and aspirations for the project through dialogue to establish a written ‘Project Brief’ which is tailored to your needs. Working along side your budget, AB.Co will create initial design sketches and concepts based on your brief, the site, context and microclimate. You will be presented with several options, and your feedback will guide the development of the concept in the next stage.


02 Developed Design

Building upon the agreed concept, this stage involves refining the material palette, plan layouts and the overall aesthetic direction of the project by adding more detail, producing 3D visualisations and/or physical models to ensure the design is right for you. AB.Co will develop the design in specialist software to produce drawings suitable for submitting to the local authority for statutory approval.


03 Technical Design + Construction

AB.Co will create detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules that are essential for the tender & construction phase. We will also keep in a constant dialogue with the client, through a series of design presentations, to ensure your project aspirations are met. AB.Co then oversees the construction, ensuring alignment with the design, budget, and timeframe. This stage is crucial for translating the envisioned design to meet the client's brief.
