Print Works House
A project undertaken whilst at HUT Architecture, Alex was the project architect of this mixed use central London project. Print Works House is a newly refurbished residential and commercial development in Marylebone Conservation Area, Great Titchfield Street, Fitzrovia. The project includes 3 residential units and a boutique Pilates Studio on the ground and basement levels.

The existing building’s London stock brick walls were restored, retaining the character of what was once a print works. Metal framed glass partitions were used to maximise the sense of space, and reclaimed timber cladding was used on key joinery items to complement the buildings industrial heritage.
